Last week was a big one for this winter's rookie headliner Lolo Jones, for which if you're not in the loop about it just yet we'll elaborate on that later on this holiday weekend. But it was also for the fact that she was also at the heart of the drama of the eighth daily challenge: the Olympian and alum of Champs vs. Pros and Celebrity Big Brother got into some heated words with Aneesa as they competed in a down & dirty search for an embedded relic in the mud that a few mastered without fooling everyone. And in what turned out to be more of a challenge than he would've thought, Josh won his first elimination in a breeze.
With the roster now dwindling, the various alliances and partnerships are put more into focus... that's the case this week for one of the agents as they look appease the alliance of fellow alumni going into this season while also trying to satisfy that bond with the newbies. For another, there could be some old grudges from earlier on resurface here all as she opens up about something others like her can relate to as she goes about motherhood & an impending third kid. And it wouldn't be a Challenge season without TJ Lavin unleashing his inner Alex Trebek as he engages the field in his favorite game of trivia.

And their Exes II beef was serious. Theresa and Wes were partners - as were Nany and Bananas. They came at each other hard. Not to mention Theresa sent Nany home in the last elimination before the Final.

Ashley and Nam offering the final words on what is now the official halfway point of this Challenge with the drop of the midseason trailer, and a night of trivia that saw Darrell take the win in whoppers and $5,000... but both the night and the past two weeks have been about Big Brother: Josh won his first elimination last week, Darrell's partner Amber B. joining in with Double Agent status, and Kaycee taking the latest skull... Julie Chen is certainly smiling after all that.
