Last week, the rest of the house got to learn about the hookup that shocked everybody when Nilsa got cuddly with Gus in bed, and it led to some awkwardness with the two after the fact. For Kortni, she decided to take a gamble by telling Jeremiah how she feels about him. But at night's end, Nilsa was able to catch feelings once again, but when she got home from a club she had no idea of what was to come next for her crush.
Gus stayed back at the club where he got flirty with several girls on vacation from Iowa and the temptation to bring one of them home became too great to overlook. And this week, the latest saga of #GILSA will play out as our local girl will have to deal with it, with the help of her closest friend in the house. Also, what is next for Candace in wanting to cut ties with her boo thang? Will there be a chance for Kortni to finally get next to Jeremiah? And where will our group travel to next?

So, it appears #Gilsa may be all over with in Gus and Nilsa's plans to just be friends with benefits did not work out after he brought that Midwestern girl home, but perhaps it's not too early to write them off. But now, them and the rest of the Floribama bunch have bigger plans ahead: next week, they will head down to the Spring Break hotbed of Mexico and the town of Cabo... and if what international fans who've watched MTV Latin America's adaptation Acapulco Shore, and those here in America with Real World Cancun and the two times Laguna Beach went to Cabo, is a sign, things will be wild.
Now, you might have noticed something different in this week's blog wave: for the first time, we are taking a break from covering an episode related to The Challenge in deciding not to cover the CT wedding miniseries... the lack of Twitter interaction for Part 1, as well as the drain of having covered that show almost every week from Dirty 30 to Final Reckoning, led us to this decision - but a well-deserved break for us here. And there's also our focus on the next show of interest in Ex On The Beach, and last night's double-bill of our Season 2 preview and our story on EOTB & Are You The One? alum Taylor's appearance in Jake Paul's latest steamy video... so, we just roll on here working here until we arrive in Malibu on Thursday.
