Hello again, welcome to another edition of DC SocialPulse as we cover episode 10 of Real World Ex-Plosion, and we are now in countdown mode with only a few episodes left in what has been an awesome season. Last week, we saw Hailey go HAM on Thomas, the Jay & Jenna saga reach new heights and the "bropocalypse" of Cory & Brian frustrating Jenny.

   And this week, more of the same as those storylines from last week develop. We will see Tom give Hailey an ultimatum to leave the city, while Jenny plays more games to try & manipulate Brian. There's some serious jealousy taking place in the struggling relationship saga of Jay & Jenna, while the one & only Hurricane Ashley makes a return to the house.

   After my episode wrap, I will also address, in an objective manner, a situation that arose on the day of this episode airing about a beef among those on the upcoming season of The Challenge who follow me, and why I always make sure to steer clear of getting into the heat of conflict among feuding members of this community for whom I'm friends with.

   Just a reminder here that there's adult language in some tweets below, but I am keeping it uncensored in order to retain the heat of the moment. > The Wrap

Now to the Wrap... As we mentioned, two of the storylines that we saw in last week's episode continued this week, while a third saw the latest in the Jenny/Brian saga. And of course, we saw an original roommate return.
   First up: last week we saw Hailey go wild, literally, at her ex Thomas. This week, Tom's twin brother Stephen came over from the DFW Metroplex for a visit, and when he hears of the situation involving his brother, he can do nothing but enjoy a laugh. It's not the case for the other Buell as he still has the memory of Hailey slapping him in the face still fresh in his mind. Tom knows that he will eventually forgive her, but with everything going on in the city, he decides to put off that forgive & forget and again insists that Hailey should head home. Eventually, both of them sit down at the sofa, and Tom vows to lend his support to her if she stays in San Francisco. But Hailey feels conflicted, and feels that instead of riding out the rest of her time on the West Coast, that she should just leave. And after packing up her stuff, Hailey heads home back to Texas, and setting a RW record as the third roommate to leave.

   Last week, we saw the Jay/Jenna saga unravel when she uncovered a video of him cheating on her in the city and her not knowing it until she saw that video. And in spite of her being angry of his flirting, Jay's flirting ways continue. While the ladies are across the Bay in Oakland for a food festival, the guys are at a bar and Jay starts talking to a bartender. He asks Felicia for her contacts, and when she refuses, Cory knows Jay is making a mistake by pursuing her, but Jay insists that he loves flirting.  Later on, for a couple who haven't really gone on dates that much, Jay knows he may find himself in hot water, so he decides to take Jenna out for dinner. She's excited that they're finally doing things as a duo in the city, and they have a good time out at the restaurant and then when they head outside to a nearby park. Perhaps, this is the start to them officially making up & becoming a couple once again.

   Last but not least, we saw the return of the kicked-off housemate, the original Ashley. One night, Jenny decides to call up Ashley to spend a night on the town, and Hurricane makes her way to the house and recorded some time in the confessional. They then head to a club different to that of the other roomies, but Brian is upset that Jenny is going out with someone other than him, but it doesn't stop her from having a good time. Once Jenny and Ashley meet up, Jenny lets Ash know about the changes that have taken place since she left. And though Ashley is surprised, she can also breathe a sign of relief that she moved out prior to the Exes moving in. And she would leave to go back home only shortly after the rest of the roommates come home, but Ashley doesn't cause much trouble.

   That saga known as Jenny & Brian just continues to amaze me. Two weeks back, Jenny was in the spot Hailey was last week - and that was when she went HAM on Brian, and this week, we saw her play manipulative games on him. Here, after we saw her spend time with Ashley than with the rest of the group for that night put, Brian becomes skeptical of Jenny after deciding to hang out with her than him, though she contends she was just having fun. And she believes he is acting overdramatic, and then she throws water in his face and tells him to not talk to her. And after he goes after her, Brian confesses, "she's evil," as she decides to eventually keep their distance the rest of the time in the city. Now what happens when all of the feelings that have been boiling between him and Cory go from a pure bromance that has frustrated Jenny to the one thing she has wanted since the exes moved in? That's what we're gonna see on the upcoming episode.

   Going back to what we saw with Ash, This is not the first time we have roommates return after they leave the house: in Cancun after he was kicked out after being fired from his Student City job for missing a 2nd shift (and partying with LMFAO), Joey flew back to Mexico to party one more time with the roommates. And in one of the most craziest & surprising moments I've ever seen on RW, and after a few tequila shots, he found himself in bed and getting it on with the one person that he didn't like from the start, Ayiiia, and led to her being guilt stricken for having cheated on her boyfriend back home. And a year later on Back in New Orleans, we saw hair stylist Ryan return for one day only to join the group for the cast's MTV photo shoot, but Ryan was cordial and like what we saw this week, didn't cause any drama and was only there to just grin & bear it with his castmates.

Now, with the upcoming season of The Challenge: Free Agents premiering in less than 20 days, the buzz for this season is now shifting into high gear with promos teasing at the drama that is to come in Uruguay starting on April 10th. And while we got to watch this RW episode on Wednesday, the latest in a long line of twitter beefs arose.

   And this one involves three people who happen to follow me in the twitter world: Jasmine, Nia and Laurel. And while I haven't kept up with the buzz among the fans on the forums, something may have happened between them that we might see during the season, as well as some bickering among a couple of them that took place while her Real World season was airing last year. Of course, we know how MTV loves taking advantage of those twitter beefs (take for example the 2nd place Rivals II guys team and their rivalry being based on that rather than them competing on a previous Challenge).

   Because of the fact that they all follow me, being great fans and social friends of all of them and me always being cautious & responsible of what I do & say (and also to not try and compromise being potentially un-followed if I decided to go down that route), I have decided to not post that dialogue involving them on here. You can just simply go to their twitter accounts (@JazMTV, @TheRealNiaMoore & @LaurelStucky) and make your judgement right there and side with whoever you're supportive of.

   But one of the great reasons why I feel greatly respected by everyone in the MTV community is that, unlike other fans, I don't voice my positions publicly on who I side with whenever any sort of drama arises among cast members in the MTV world. With this in mind, I will again abide by this unique policy, remain Switzerland and not get involved in the drama. And when possible, if I do talk to one person in any matter, I will make an effort to talk to the other as well to ensure I listen to both sides.

   There's also been a lot of other conflicts, large and small, that have arisen with other cast members from within and outside the RW/Challenge world, but again, I have always made sure to steer clear of the drama and watch from the sidelines. I always look to myself as an independent third-party who likes to be friendly with everyone and could never say things behind their back publicly or privately so I can keep myself from making headlines for the wrong reasons. So, that's my view on the beefs.

Now that I have that off my chest, to what we have coming up. If you haven't read my latest Fan's View post, DCBLOG has a casting call for those who went to the Real World Ex-Plosion Reunion two weeks ago today. Before it airs in a couple weeks, I'll be working my social media contacts to reach out to audience members to give their thoughts for my Reunion Revealed post which will come your way just before the premiere of Free Agents. I've already got one person lined up, but I'm also interested in getting additional viewpoints as well so we can present as many views as possible.

I'll then email a questionnaire for you to fill out, and you'll have a week of when you get it in your inbox to answer as many questions as you can (which will be anywhere from 25-30 Q's and covering every aspect of the reunion & season that will & won't be seen), but answering all of them would be beneficial.

   As always, the quicker you reply, the faster I'll be posting it. But to meet the strong demand & fan interest, I do have a deadline of Wednesday, APRIL 9th at 9pm ET/6pm PT for replies to be turned in, which is the day before the premiere of The Challenge: Free Agents, and there I can post it hours before the premiere.
