Hi there, and welcome back on this momentous Sunday night where the balance of power in the NBA has shifted, once again, towards Los Angeles as the King is headed to LA. And as the 2018-19 season in the Association has started several months early, the first half of the MTV Reality year is now to an end with the finales this past week of Jersey Shore Family Vacation and, of our focus here on this last Pulse diary of this half, the American version of Ex On The Beach.
   Last week, a big fight spurred by a spit left everyone shook after Taylor and Alicia got into it... but no one in the house expected what was to come next when something that was the last thing on the singles' mind came to fruition when the eliminated exes decided to invade the villa one more time. A game of Dare/Double Dare was innocent fun for everyone until Angela and Derrick did something that they shouldn't be able to do. And it came at an inopportune time when she had to again deal with Tor'i returning to the house, and something that would go down afterwards...
   At week's end, the house was given good and bad news: the good was that there would be no elimination to close things out... but the bad was a room that's served as hell for many couples may be used several times. And this week - and unlike what we usually have in the Trifecta, it all comes down to which couples will get sent down to the Shack of Secrets. For the man who got his heart broken the first time he was on reality TV, it's judgement day: rekindle love or return home wanting for a fresh start. And for the last night formal, the Crush Ceremony will serve as the question of whether these people will go home with love or with just a lei around their necks.

We will all experience this last act of Season 1 of Ex On The Beach ahead with all the action, reaction and interaction of the finale plus the aftermath of what goes down in Hawaii here. And speaking of wild, the past 48 hours have been the most chaotic in NBA history and it didn't take place on the basketball court. NBA Free Agency started last night with Paul George, Chris Paul and Kevin Durant all staying where they are, but getting upstaged by LeBron James heading to the Lakers - he certainly makes Cory and fellow Laker fan & Real World alum Syrus Yarborough very happy people tonight and has Team MTV's new daddy-elect, Hayden of AYTO5, very busy too.
   It's with this in mind that in less than a half-hour over on DC YouTube, we'll have the first of many videos from the Warriors Victory Parade that took place last month in Oakland... a long ways ago now because of the early 4th of July fireworks that exploded in the Association.
