Season 2 of the latest in romantic reality television as MTV gets to twist it saw plenty of lovin' with the bromance as well as six of the biggest figures from last year's quest to score love with the resident bachelors plus three guys who also joined in on the trip. And while there was not much in the way of competing for love like it was last time, it seemed everyone was paired off in the house when it came to love around Vegas including Vinny's fellow stripper getting romantic with one of the girls, the saga that was Brandon & Marissa, and of course Nikki and Maria picking up right where they left off.
The last time we were with the group, they were soaking in the last days and hours they had of being in Sin City, and as is always the case for any reality dating show the romances all had a chance to figure out what was next for all of them. And all that's left is to update where they are at - and the season-ending reunion will offer the answers, where just as it was The Challenge: Total Madness and Season 3 of Siesta Key, it's taking place in the comforts of home and everyone being connected virtually, with 3LW alum and The Real's Adrienne Eliza Houghton moderating proceedings.

LOVE AND BABIES, AYTO STYLE
As we ponder what might've gone down with Maria and Vinny after Las Vegas (and you won't have to wait nearly as long for the answer to that), it's worth mentioning that she is one of 163 people who call themselves alumni of Are You The One?, which brought MTV into the modern reality dating television scene. And although the pandemic means we won't be making a return into the truth booth until the new year, there is some life-changing news for three AYTO alumni to share with you here...
But it was AFTER the afterglow of Season 2 faded out that Curtis & Jenni began to become romantic, and in an environment where romantic reality couples can come and go, they have stayed together and kept their relationship low-key. But it was only a matter of time before the inevitable was gonna come that they would become official with a ring on it: on Thursday while on vacation Curtis brought Jenni to the Oregon coast just west of Portland to pop the question with an engagement ring in his hand. Of course, she got to say yes, and we have another AYTO engagement after Clinton & Uche of Season 6 got engaged earlier this summer.
Curtis wrote on Instagram below, "I'll spend the rest of my life trying to properly thank you for all that you do. I love you forever." And Jenni wrote in her engagement post, "I didn't know I could smile this big 🥰@curtishadzicki," and she added, "@areuthe1 I guess we owe you guys a shout out for putting us in the same room! 😂😂🤷🏼♀️" And of course, many of the nineteen others who shared that house with them on Season 2 got to pitch in their congratulatory messages to the Nurse & Mr. Do What You Love.

A couple years back, we featured Kayla getting to make all of us jealous when she got to hang out with the one & only Taylor Swift backstage at the Louisiana Superdome while on local news anchoring duties in New Orleans. And now away from the anchor desk, Kayla has taken the next step: last week, she & her husband announced that they are expecting their first child in the new year, joining the Diamonds and many others from throughout the show's history who are now parents post AYTO.
She announced on IG, "Baby Bertucci arriving April 2021👶🏼🍼 Brock and I feel beyond blessed for this little bundle of joy! We had an amazing group of prayer warriors surrounding us through this journey, and God has showed up in mighty ways." And a few of the girls who were part of that group of originals sent their congrats to Kayla, and we send ours to her and to Curtis & Jenni.
