As you all wind down this Sunday and last day of July, welcome back to DCBLOG as we bring you post #3 of our look at the week in the MTV Trifecta. Yesterday, we looked at Francesca from Are You The One? and her musical career that began on The X-Factor, and later the 'Pulse of her show as she was part of the drama involving the man they call the Wolf in Hawaii. Now, we bring you the other half of the social interaction with the 'Pulse of The Challenge as we've arrived at our final destination for Rivals III.
   Last week, we had the last competitions in Mexico as, what turned out to be, the season's last regular challenge identified the season's key players in the quest for the cash. But much of the focus was on Jenna as her veteran Challenger boyfriend Zach broke her heart many miles away, which put into question whether she could make it three for three in finals appearances. We then saw a true Battle of the Bloodlines in the week's elimination as cousins Nany and Nicole faced each other for spots in the final four in Argentina, and it was the ladder who won that battle as Nany would, after the episode air, announce her retirement from these shows.
   Now, all roads lead to Argentina for the final part of this most eventful season. First things first this week, the final four teams arrive in South America for something a bit unusual. There, they will go straight into the season's last Jungle elimination with all four teams being eligible to be sent in, and once again the game is left to both fate and luck as that will decide which teams will make their way into the final and who will be dared to go in by competing in a grueling last Jungle. And it's after the teams are determined that they will encounter an unprecedented, jaw-dropping surprise twist that shocks everyone. Also, a player who's been taunted since arriving in Argentina questions whether or not to leave, fueling tensions before the competition really begins.
   Ahead, all the social action, reaction and interaction from the Challenge end of this week, along with the aftermath of Monday's AYTO. Also included is someone who could become the next big thing in music, and flashbacks by a Challenge legend. And as this is the last weekend where there's no NFL games until mid-February as Training Camp has commenced, you'll want to stick around for ExtraTime as three quarterbacks get a chance to mingle with Team MTV.

- As we begin, please note there is explicit language in many of the tweets below, but they are kept uncensored in order to retain the heat of the moment. So if you are mature enough, please read with discretion. :-)
- Plus, if you haven't watched the episode yet, then do not proceed with reading this post. But need not worry...DCBLOG will compile all of these tweets into these posts after every episode so you won't be in the dark of how your favorites saw this all unfold.

One final Jungle, and one last battle for the cash. Join DCBLOG next as we bring you the Penultimate 'Pulse of Rivals III.

As you enjoy this last Saturday of July, it's time for the 'Pulse of the week in the MTV Trifecta. Coming up, the last four teams arrive in Argentina with eyes set on winning Rivals III with no idea of what's to come, among other things. But we begin our look at this week in Hawaii, where the game has now gotten a bit serious on Are You The One?.
   Last week, we saw the sad end to Giovanni and Kaylen as a truth booth visit and his ways with girls saw them end things. Elsewhere, a night of partying in the house saw Cam enjoy a bit more than he bargained for and saw him wake up with Victoria with no idea of what happened. And the group remained stuck in neutral as they didn't make much progress as they fell behind in the count for the first time.
   This week, the attention turns to the parents as the guys' moms reveal some rather embarrassing information about their sons which also see them reveal their softer sides. Gio once again finds himself at the heart of the drama as one of the guys starts to become paranoid over his interest in his girl, while another of the girls heads into the Wolf's Den. And will there finally be luck in the game itself? Two people who live not far from one another may give them some luck.
   Ahead, the action, reaction and interaction of the week on AYTO and Episode 6 itself. This also includes a Real World reunion of sorts when two members of Season 30 got together in Louisiana. And after the diary on ExtraTime, just after we showed you Francesca's time on The X Factor and her making YouTube covers, we'll share you the musical side of two other AYTO alums.

Embarrassing secrets, a Wolf begins to go after more girls, and more good news for the cast... Join DCBLOG for the 'Pulse of Are You The One?, next.

DC ExtraTime: Francesca's Musical Side

BY DC CUEVA

As we are in these last few days of July and look forward to turning the page to August, welcome on in to DCBLOG as we cover this week in the MTV Trifecta. Ahead, our usual weekly posts covering this week's episodes of The Challenge and Are You The One?, along with a slew of other things as well as things are now getting serious in South America and in Hawaii. But first, we begin with something a bit musical to get your weekend started.
   When we began our coverage of AYTO Season 4 on Memorial Day weekend, we mentioned to you about the musical side of some of these singles. There's Prosper making a name for himself in the hip hop world, and him collaborating with Tori after their trip into the truth booth. There's also him getting to know Mac Miller before he became famous, and her talking to other music luminaries which we'll touch on here soon. And just recently Asaf dropped a music video, and Gio made an ode to the girl that won his heart but ultimately got heartbroken in Kaylen.
   DCBLOG's uniqueness is to provide a look at the people of the MTV Trifecta in a way you likely won't find anywhere else, and in this instance, an important part of the person we are profiling isn't even mentioned one bit in their MTV bio. As we have commenced the season's second half, which we will look at Episode 6 later today, there's one castmate who's already become well-known for her musical prowess. And, this season happens to be her reality TV return after being part of a show that introduced us to the girl group of the moment and one of the biggest acts in music right now.
   This week, she was part of the latest big moment to go down at the place where million dollar dreams can live or die by 10 beams - and it won't be the last. On this edition of DC ExtraTime, we to beyond the the fight for love and money and into how it all began for one of them as we look at the music of Are You The One's Francesca Duncan.

Summer of Sports '16: A 50-Hour Golf Binge Fest

A DCBLOG Sports Special
BY DC CUEVA

As this summer rolls along, it's likely that you've spent a day catching up on your favorite shows all being in that same position in your house for several hours at a time. For me, I will have chances to do that, as well as likely losing a little work productivity, starting late next week when this sports fan's greatest passion - the Olympics - take center stage and will be, along with the closing stages of AYTO Season 4, the principal focus of this site come the end of this Rivals III season. But if catching up on half a season of your favorite drama, or a full season of your favorite reality show is one thing, it's certainly another for those who follow one of the world's greatest sports to follow one of their grandest events and what they got to do last week during this Summer of Sports.

DC WRAP: Rivals III Episode 12 and AYTO4 Episode 5

BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

As you begin this last week of July, welcome once again to DCBLOG and to DC WRAP as we look back on last week on the MTV Trifecta ecosystem, before we head into the second half of Are You The One? Season 4 tonight and the Argentina portion of Rivals III in a couple nights from now. Last week, we saw Jenna's relationship with Zach being put into focus, while the field for the final four was determined by Bananas & Sarah winning again, and Wes & Nany losing the last Jungle before that trip down south. And over in Hawaii, we saw the end of Giovanni & Kaylen as he began to get close to other girls in the AYTO house, while Cam got hung over and Nicole get rejected.
   Coming up, the key moments from last week in the Trifecta, plus fantasy scoring and the winners list. And we have a triple dose of ExtraTime as we'll share you the musical side of the man they call the Wolf, hip-hop connections between two of this summer's castmates, and a fan favorite takes over the Big Apple. All that and more is next.

DC ExtraTime: A Vegas Wedding... and a Make-Up

BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

In the aftermath of what happened last Wednesday on The Challenge: Rivals III, DCBLOG would like to revisit a story we told you here while we covered Season 2 of Are You The One? two years ago. There, in one of the first times where we got to present stories involving the people of the MTV Trifecta at the end of our posts covering this franchise, we discussed when the first instance of a major life-changer occurred to a popular Real World cast of recent years, and the interesting side story that took place there involving one of the key figures from this past week's episode, and for which we'll be explaining what's next for that person afterwards. Enjoy this bonus piece of DC ExtraTime before we bring you a recap of this week tomorrow on DC WRAP.

As your indulge in this late summer Saturday night, welcome back to DCBLOG and our weekend tradition of offering our view of the MTV Trifecta. Last night, we had the 'Pulse of Are You The One? as Gio & Kay became dunzo and Cam & Victoria blacked out in a different way than we're used to on AYTO. Meanwhile across the way in Mexico, Rivals III is now into game mode with two weeks left.
   Last week, Nate & Christina pulled off an all-time Challenge upset when they defeated contenders Cory & Ashley. Meanwhile, we saw many a guy falter in that week's mission above water, including Vince revisiting what we saw from him last season. And Wes & Nany excused the AYTO 2 pair as they seemed to have gained much-needed momentum towards a potential matchup with Bananas & Sarah in the final, and Ginger's 3rd shot at the 5-time champ. But as we know, nothing is guaranteed.
   This week, it's the last regular challenge in Mexico as we find more clarity as far as the game is concerned. But the focus is on America's sweetheart, as Jenna finds herself getting heartbroken by a veteran Challenger boyfriend who's been in a lot of drama the past several years. Plus, there's echoes of what happened the last time a Draw took place on a Challenge, and it's the result of what happens there that sets up a true battle of the bloodlines between two cousins with spots in Argentina at stake.
   Ahead, all the action, reaction and interaction from this most interesting episode and both the lead-up to and aftermath of it. Included: the Big D World Tour heads overseas to Europe, and a Challenge stung many times announces his return to Instagram. And after the diary on ExtraTime - or make that, Extra Innings, we'll join a Challenge fan favorite sorely missed the past few years as he battles the best in combining his favorite sport with his newfound passion.

It's the weekend, which means one thing around here: DCBLOG bringing you this week in the MTV Trifecta. Coming up: a true Battle of the Bloodlines with spots in Argentina at stake for the last five Rivals III teams, and a Louisiana man takes a bite out of the Big Apple. First, the game has finally gotten serious for our friends in Hawaii as Are You The One? Season 4 is halfway through.
   Last week, ladies man Asaf again found himself at the heart of drama, but now creating a love triangle when he and Tori clicked once again, while also going into the Boom Boom Room with his other love, Francesca...the former went into the Truth Booth and came away empty. Meanwhile, the house found itself on edge when the seemingly perfect relationship of a fan favorite pair began to fall apart, just weeks after mentioning the word "marriage" for the first time at a matchup.
   This week, the love story of that pair, Giovanni and Kaylen, finally reaches its climax, and puts the house on alert as the Wolf begins to pursue John's former girl in the house, Julia, and others as well. If we thought that all-night challenge in Mexico was something, it's different compares to what one pair in the house goes through when a night of partying becomes something they don't remember at all. And what happens when you put whipping cream in the house? That happens, of course.
   Coming up, all the action, reaction and interaction from Episode 5 of this AYTO season, plus reaction from the Trifecta fam on the events that took place between Taylor and Kim last weekend. And if you thought the temperatures outside was something, stick around for ExtraTime afterwards where we'll share you the common thread that links four girls of recent Trifecta history.

MTV Trifecta Strategy Room: Rivals III - And Then There Were Five

BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

Tonight sees the beginning of the business end of The Challenge: Rivals III. We started this season back in May and so much has taken place in this most eventful season that sometimes, you just can't keep up with it all. We've had three teams get sent home either by injury or, in one's case, the enigma of being scolded by TJ Lavin for quitting. For a time, we actually had more missions than actual jungle eliminations because of this very reason. We've had so much drama take place among all the teams fueled by the very premise that if you put together those who hate one another in the same place, things will happen. And yet, we still have this show's two winningest players with us, now on a collision course towards a potential Rivals rubber match.
   It's with all of this in mind that - with six hours before Episode 12 - it's the perfect time for us to take a trip into the Strategy Room. Once again in our Trifecta coverage, we will, at various times here, analyze where we stand in terms of the game situation on this Challenge, and next week we'll look at AYTO 4 as they've just reached the halfway point in Hawaii. Considering how unique this site is in covering the MTV world, it's only when the game gets serious do we unlock the doors to this room in our house and put on the analyst's hat. Yes, we're doing what other sites would do throughout their season in doing these power rankings as we're about to enter the homestretch to Argentina.
   Ahead, we'll take a team-by-team look at what the five teams who are left have done while they've been in Mexico and the possibilities that await them. And we'll unveil our site's power rankings as well as update you on last week's fantasy scoring, which was carried over here from its usual place on the WRAP. Join us after the jump as we head look at where Rivals III stands from the Strategy Room.

DC WRAP: Rivals III Episode 11 and AYTO4 Episode 4

BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

As you begin your week, we begin ours with the WRAP covering last week in the Trifecta, all ahead of beginning this cycle again tonight. In case you missed it, we saw a gigantic upset in a double elimination last week on Rivals III that saw some clarity on the game as we reach five teams left. And over in Hawaii, Are You The One? saw a good old love triangle emerge, along with a couple deciding to call it quits.
   Coming up, a somewhat limited WRAP as we'll have an expanded edition of our episode recap (for reasons we'll explain there), plus the Winners' List and DC ExtraTime with more on one of the key figures of the episode. Join us next.

Welcome back everyone to DCBLOG as we bring you more of this week in the MTV Trifecta, as we shift our focus from yesterday covering Are You The One? to now looking at The Challenge: Rivals III. When a game such as this reaches its late stages, this is generally when the game gets intense and where we find out who's in it to win it. Episode 11 is again proof of this very premise.
   Last week, the girls were buried alive when the guys are asked questions about them that not only determined who knows their partners better but also who was speedy in helping the girls out when they need them the most. But it's what happened when Dario & Nicole became power team that caused rain to fall on the house when they catch Cory & Ashley dealing both ways, and caused her cousin Nany to lose it as well, all before an elimination that could have a ripple effect on the game.
   And that's where this week's episode begins as the game gets turned on its head once again by a yet another shocking result in that jungle. The attention then turns to a challenge where teamwork is put to the test right above the sea. It's what happens with who wins that and the ensuing Jungle that perhaps could set the tone for the rest of the game, and where one of the competitors lies either with the one she's become close with in the house, or the one she's close with as a cousin.
   Ahead, all the action, reaction and interaction from the Challenge end of this week in the Trifecta. This includes many of the competitors heading up to New York for the traditional matters related to the end of this season. Afterwards on ExtraTime, as the Rio Olympics now stand less than three weeks away, we'll look back to those two times when two Challengers got a mingle with two Olympians who will have a chance to take gold yet again in Brazil.

- As we begin, please note there is explicit language in many of the tweets below, but they are kept uncensored in order to retain the heat of the moment. So if you are mature enough, please read with discretion. :-)

The weekend has arrived, which means it's time for DCBLOG's look at the week that was in the MTV Trifecta. Ahead: a Rivals III jungle shocker as the teams dwindle to five in Mexico, and one of this week's tragedies hits close to home for one competitor. But first, we begin with the return of Are You The One? following the week's break, taking last week off for the 4th of July festivities.
   Last time in Hawaii, Stephen made a play for Julia and led John to go after him as a triangle became a square, while ladies man Asaf became the top attraction to Tori and Camille. But more impressively, their wave of good luck continued in grabbing both AYTO's quickest-ever truth booth match and an additional matchup beam towards potentially closing matters fairly early just as it was first time out.
   This week as the fight for love and money resumes, the affection between the Israeli dancer and the New York hip-hop artist goes to another level, all the while also pulling off a shocker of all things in the Boom Boom Room. The house finds itself in turmoil when the seemingly perfect relationship of one of the pairs who were meant to be for each other begins to fall apart. And the week's challenge sees personal hygiene take center court.
   Ahead, all of how the Season 4 cast saw the episode and all else too of the action, reaction and interaction. After the diary, ExtraTime will catch up with the other of the two couples who stayed together after that miracle in the island last year...a clue to that for you: blondes attract.

- As we begin, please note there is explicit language in many of the tweets below, but they are kept uncensored in order to retain the heat of the moment. So if you are mature enough, please read with discretion. :-)

Summer of Sports '16 - Rise of the Giants

A DCBLOG Sports Special
BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

Today is the 3rd day in the last four of that time in this Summer of Sports where there are no games scheduled in any of the four major sports in the U.S., although we do have two big events taking place overseas in the first round of the year's third golf major - The Open Championship, and Stage 12 of the 103rd Tour de France. And of course, the Rio Olympics are fast approaching with three weeks until the Games begin with preliminary soccer before the Opening Ceremony.
   This affords us the chance to look back a bit to one of our past sports posts that we posted two years ago when we presented a special edition of DC SocialPulse covering Game 7 of the 2014 World Series, which you can check out here. Considering that the Bay Area has now become a major sports hub in the past six years, as well as the occurrence of this being an even-numbered year, we felt this was appropriate to repost the original portion of that article which followed the diary that brought presented how players, media and fans saw one of the best games of recent memory in U.S. sports.
   Since then, the Giants now hold the best record in the majors at the All-Star break, while the Warriors have not only won a title but have made a major power move of recovering from their 2016 NBA Finals collapse by signing Kevin Durant. And this year has seen Super Bowl 50, the NBA Finals, the Stanley Cup, U.S. Women's Open golf, the U.S. Olympic Women's Gymnastics Trials and the Copa America tournament be held in the Bay Area.
   As you prepare for the beginning of the second half of the baseball season starting tomorrow, enjoy this special bonus edition of Summer of Sports '16 as we look at the rise of the San Francisco Giants.

DC ExtraTime: The Greatest Challenge Season Ever

A DCBLOG MTV Trifecta Special
BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

We are headed towards the business end of the current season of The Challenge, as Rivals III has been heating up in the Mexican sunshine, both on the playing field and in the house. If you follow the entire world of what I refer to as the MTV Trifecta, then this summer is the best time to be a fan as Season 4 of Are You The One? is already in full swing, and so has filming for the next Real World up in Seattle. And of course, there's plenty more drama coming up as the summer rolls along, as tonight a big elimination battle looms.

Throughout the 25-year history of this ecosystem, there have been so many memorable moments, unforgettable casts, incredible people and great seasons among the shows that galvanizes this longtime MTV fan. We've had great Real World seasons: San Francisco, Hawai, the first two Las Vegas seasons, San Diego I, Austin, Key West, Ex-Plosion and beyond. Fairly recently, there was the beloved, original season 1 cast of Are You The One?, who refined the definition of reality dating shows, and there's Road Rules as well. But five years ago this summer, we had perhaps the best-season ever of The Challenge.
   It was a season that brought the competition and drama fans were accustomed to on the "fifth major pro sport" to a level that amazed everyone including those who were involved in the season itself. We had an unparalleled combination of an all-star cast of The Challenge's biggest names, both past and present. There was a slew of moments that got us talking that took place both on the playing field and in the house. There was a human aspect in the face of this show who had experienced a life-changing moment just months earlier coming back to do the job he's best known for to casual viewers outside the action sports worldAnd of course, there was the uneasy feeling that came about when the competitors found out that they had no one to answer but to the one person they despise the most.

On this special, dedicated edition of DC ExtraTime, we take a look back at what many feel is the greatest season ever of the fifth major pro sport: The Challenge: Rivals from summer 2011 in Costa Rica.

DC FORUM Extra: Update 7/11/16

BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

Okay now, this is gonna be a short post here with something to get off my chest, so if you all have a moment to listen to me for just a brief moment between you and I, it will be most appreciated. So, here you go...

DC WRAP: The Challenge Rivals III "Digging Your Own Grave"

BY DC CUEVA
@DC408Dxtr / @DC408DxNow

Welcome back to DCBLOG as we bring you the back end of our Rivals III doubleheader of posts covering Episode 10 from this week. We saw the female challengers being kidnapped by TJ for the next challenge that saw the girls reveal everything about this season, and the guys having to match their answers to that of the girls...all while they are buried alive. It was Dario & Nicole that won, but it's their choice of Cory & Ashley going in that has everyone buzzing as they now face a potential jungle against Nate & Christina, but also affecting the relationship of Nicole and her cousin Nany.
   Now again as we told you in the 'Pulse, the episode ending with a a cliffhanger means that our recap of this episode will have to be deferred over to next week, but it won't mean we'll ignore covering this week entirely in what's usually our original writeup on the week that was. We do have, though, fantasy scoring, fan reaction and an ExtraTime looking back to the most notable moment for the person who has to sit through the gameplay plans of her partner. Stay tuned for that here.

Welcome once again to DCBLOG as we cover the week that was in the MTV Trifecta, or at least just one of the three shows as the other that's currently on-air took this 4th of July off. We know it has been a very tough and eventful week in many retrospects with civil unrest and tragedy that's taken place in America, but if you can take your mind off of it for just a bit then we'll do our best to provide a respite from it as we look at week 10 of The Challenge: Rivals III.
   Last week in Mexico, we saw teams deprived of sleep from doing an all-night challenge being forced to remember everything from mariachi music to burning men to a iguana, and saw a dominant team take control of this game. The result of Bananas & Sarah becoming power team caused a rift in the house as everyone was asked whether you're on their side or if you're with Wes. And during this 3rd straight summer of soccer, the beautiful game made its way to The Challenge for the elimination.
   This week, the focus shifts to one team trying whatever they can to keep who they're aligned to in that aforementioned alliance game under wraps, them being exposed will threaten to derail trusts, friendships and even families within this house. The pairs must prove that they can think like their partners when their lives are dependent on it with they're buried alive. And what kind of ripple effect will it have when the power team makes their jungle choices?
   We'll have the action, reaction and interaction from this week, which didn't include Are You The One? as Monday fell on July 4th and it felt best for all of us to enjoy the fireworks instead. After the diary, DC ExtraTime will go down memory lane as a castmate from a relatively recent Real World season (and you might say, the last of a breed of sorts) reflects on it just a few years later.

Welcome to  another edition of DC WRAP as we cover last week in the MTV Trifecta ahead of Episode 10 of Rivals III coming up tonight. Last week, we saw a top contender take control of the game and soccer take center stage in Mexico, while we had an 11th girl sighting and good fortune for the Are You The One? house in Hawaii.
   Coming up, a recap of the week's top moments, the Winner's List and fantasy scoring from last week's episodes. Plus, another edition of DC FORUM as I will offer thoughts on the potential game-changer that lies ahead on the next Real World season, and something that happened to me this past week that you all should know about. That's all ahead.

On this Sunday of Independence Day weekend, welcome back to DCBLOG and to the back end of our SocialPulse doubleheader covering the week in the MTV Trifecta. Yesterday, we brought you the latest 'Pulse of AYTO 4 as the group saw its first Truth Booth match and more drama involving Johnny Drama. Now, we shift over to The Challenge Rivals III as another one of those house divides settles into the Mexican South Coast.
   Last week, the saga that was Camila & Tony came to an unfortunate end when their late night fight led host TJ Lavin to tell them to pack up and head out, just after the competitors were warned about violence in the house. Then came another twist when the competitors found themselves shell-shocked by the show's first ever last-minute, surprise challenge and a rare nighttime mission that tested their patience and knowledge while also being forced to stay up all night and see all sorts of oddities take place in front of their eyes.
   And that's where this week's episode begins as the teams robbed of sleep and being mentally tired try to put together nearly 12 hours' worth of knowledge for a chance to not only become power team but also win themselves a day trip and cash too. Plus, the house begins to experience a divide as teams begin to band together to plot against others as it centers around the two remaining big-name veterans in Mexico. And considering the summer of soccer we've had the past three years, it also plays a part in a big elimination battle.
   We'll have all of the cast's reaction and interaction to the action of Episode 9, as well as the Survival Guide with fan favorites and day-after reaction to this week's AYTO. And in ExtraTime that follows, we'll re-introduce you to a previous champion from a Challenge past as she gets her second chance at the big bucks in a new digital-only reality show many years in the making.

As all of you in North America celebrate this extended holiday weekend, welcome back to DCBLOG's ongoing coverage of the MTV Trifecta and look back at this past week. Coming up, sleep deprived challengers find themselves in a house divide, while yet another crossover is in the making in the future. But first up, we're through three episodes of Are You The One? Season 4 and things have been both dramatic and great as far as the gameplay goes.
   Last week, the love triangle between John and Julia reached a climax as far as the game and science goes when their truth booth saw them emerge out a no-match. Meanwhile, Asaf and Francesca's initial romance turns up a bust when a trip to the Boom Boom Room goes up on smoke. And at a matchup where they were unchanged in the light department but was still a good result, Kaylen revealed to the house that there could be wedding bells with her and Giovanni in the planning.
   This week, the love triangle involving John and Julia becomes a love square when Stephen begins to make a play for Julia and leads John to go off once again. Tori and Camille begin to set their eyes on the same guy, while we have a surprise visitor to the house that might give Christina of Season 2 a run for her money. And the pressure is on for those "golden couples" the house feels are a match as they head to the Truth Booth.
   Coming up, all the action, reaction and interaction from this week in AYTO land, as well as Team MTV getting to watch one of the summer's biggest events - the BET Awards. And on this day after Canada Day, after the jump you'll join a fan favorite couple from last season - featuring a native of the country's biggest city - as they join music's best at their version of the Video Music Awards.

Stephen and John go at it, two girls go for the same guy, and history made. Join DCBLOG next for the 'Pulse of Week 3 of Are You The One? Season 4.
