Last week, the slopes at the Peak of Love opened for the first Ex On The Beach season anywhere on earth to not be held in a sun-baked locale when three MTV'ers - Nicole, Marlon and Tyranny - joined those from outside the MTV community in New Zealand. The purpose of the show remains the same in seeing if the singles' exes can be their next, all during the heart of Cuffing Season... and it didn't take long for the two British singles - Georgia and Callum - to be the first two people to hook up in the chalet. And it also didn't take long before Nicole's Challenger ex became the first ex to pop up in the snow shortly after the shock of that elimination loss that cost her a WOTW2 finals spot.
This week, the focus of the house shifts to the first elimination week of the winter, as the words change around a bit in the house in which an Ex will be ice'd out of the chalet. The place we've come to know from the summer shares get a name change this time around, as the Shack becomes the Sauna of Secrets, and those who will be headed there will find themselves in a heat-rising situation - most especially for one who's been doing some two timing here. And for the man who knows about living in a winter climate this time of year, our resident Canadian makes a somewhat awkward play to look for love when he's found no luck when it comes to roses.

There are several occupants of Chalet EOTB who identify themselves as part of the LGBTQ+ community, and this year's installment of Are You The One? starred them as it welcomed a sexually-fluid cast to Season 8. One of the couples forged from that season have, unfortunately, called it quits: Remy and Paige. They announced their split on social media last week, and she wrote @_PaigeCole:

And for everyone else I’d really appreciate if you all could respect us both and not be super invasive and don’t ask inappropriate questions and just respect the information we’ve given and don’t pry. It’s already hard enough on the both of us. Thanks ❤️." Remy & Paige aren't the only reality TV couple to head to Splitsville: earlier this week the couple who won the first season of Love Island USA on CBS, Zac Mirabelli & Liz Weber, also announced that they were amicably going their separate ways."With nothing but love and respect for each other, Remy and I have mutually decided it is best for us to separate. I am finally taking time to learn to love myself, to be strong enough to stand on my own, and to become the woman I have always known I could be. I am still in love with Remy and will always love him, but right now the best way to love each other is from a distance while we both work on ourselves and our mental health.
