When we last left Namibia, the house was reeling from yet another past champion getting eliminated much earlier than everyone expected and in record fashion: a week after Ashley was the victim of Hunter's instant revenge after her $1 million steal, it was Johnny Bananas who found himself on the outs much early when he & Morgan lost out in a geography bee to Zach & Zahida in elimination. It was, of course, the product of his blood vendetta Wes, and it came after Thor found himself in the middle of a shocking move at that week's challenge that saw his loyalties be put into the open.
A sight a lot of you get to enjoy watching on The Challenge over the years is getting to see players wipe out and take tragic slams... this week sees them go to greater heights to go for the bell, and there will be plenty to add to that low-light reel while we have an idea the ninja of this season should make this a cakewalk. Meanwhile, the never-ending war for our favorite redhead rolls along for two vendettas, all while they are having their own costume party. And there's another twist abound for this week's elimination battle as the vets try to keep their sinking boat afloat.

IMO, online streams & social media buzz is a more efficient/accurate way to measure the viewership. And, imo, the social media buzz for Final Reckoning was almost double War of Worlds. All in all, MTV is happy with the ratings and have been since Invasion of Champs (OGs return)

Oh. Mylanta. Well, this is unprecedented: three past Challenge champs getting eliminated in the first three weeks of this season, and as I tweeted during the episode, "If you thought this game has gotten crazy… tell them to hold your beer. It’s turned up another notch."
Next to come next here, we'll head to Malibu for Ex On The Beach, as perhaps the most out of this world ex of this season comes out of the blue, while comedy night at the villa turns into something a bit more. Plus, we'll get to know more on some of the exes of Season 2 of the "ultimate relations*** show" in Part 2 of Who Are These Newbies for EOTB2, and we'll look at the candidates vying for a spot in the most famous MTV reality house of all: The Real World.
