Hello again and welcome back... It feels long ago back on March 4 that I was out & about on a midweek work gig that I was interrupted by my Twitter feed being abuzz about the start of a new season on The Challenge. Well here we are, 151 days later on the first day of August where a whole lot has gone down in five months since then, and we here at DCBLOG are about to bring you our last Pulse post for Season 35 of Total Madness.

In the aftermath of Johnny Bananas garnering title #7 and Jenny beating him and everyone else to get to the finish line first to win for the women, last week was the first part of the reunion of this season, which because of the pandemic going on has moved from an in-person one in the studio to a virtual one in the comforts of home. And this week, it's part two - and there's plenty more tea for the cast to spill with host, NFL wide-out Vernon Davis.

After the jump, it's the 'Pulse of Part 2 of The Challenge: Total Madness reunion as, once again, we'll be offering embedded Twitter highlights of the last act of this season... and we'll also hear from the one that they call, the puppet master. Thanks for joining us...

DEVIN SPEAKS OUT...

It was five years ago at this time that the Are You The One? Season 3 cast were into their last month of them being not so well-known before they were revealed to everyone as arguably the love fest's most accomplished cast. When you have a group who's formed two-thirds of a strong Challenge triple-threat, make appearances on Dr. Phil, and make a strong impact on the entire channel, then that's a sign of how big the Ohana is.

The cast was saved from flying out of Hawaii without the money in the season finale by Devin Walker, whose relationship with Ryan Edwards' first rebound girl Kiki Cooper was THE talk of the town that fall of 2015. He then went onto Rivals III a year later with Cheyenne where they got eliminated and then returned to competition, and the rest is history for not only them but also her & Cory, which brought Challenge Nation into the Teen Mom fold. And we last saw him get another chance at love on last summer's Ex On The Beach Season 3.

This past week, Big D updated everyone on Instagram TV where he hints to everyone that he is ready for another go... grab a foamer and tune in below.

With Total Madness now wrapped, we're not shutting down things on DCBLOG: we got Siesta Key and A Double Shot at Love right now - the ladder comes your way here tomorrow as the group heads down to Chippendales. We are also planning on doing coverage in some sort of the new Big Brother All Stars season which will now take over Challenge Wednesday (and other days of the week as well)... that's reliant upon which, if any, houseguests turned challengers are chosen for another shot.
And we have plenty of content coming your way from our ExtraTime series, which will feature a look at some of the most memorable moments, shows and people in MTV Reality history, in addition to our signature topical storytelling. Follow my social media channels for all of that... and enjoy your Saturday everyone.
